Technical Sales (m/w/d)

Your tasks:
  • Maintaining regular customer relationships as well as new customer acquisition / canvassing (hot, cold). Setup and operation of 3D coordination measuring equipment
  • Identification of potential new customers, initial contact, presentation, verification of GHV, contract verification
  • Customer visits, customer care and maintenance of the customer contacts for which you are responsible
  • Technical and commercial contact person for the customer
  • Soliciting RFQs, preparing and submitting RFQs, reviewing bids, advising on pricing including
  • delivery and payment terms
  • Discuss and negotiate offers
  • Fetching and feeding orders
  • Weekly status updates to customers
  • Constantly pushing new business
  • Business Area Development / Business Development
  • Forecast (quarterly)
  • Collaboration in sales planning (annual budget)
  • Market analysis (competitive radar)
  • Support in strategic sales planning
  • Planning and implementation of marketing activities
Your profile:
  • Completed technical training (mechanical engineering) or studies, additional training in production engineering desirableSeveral years of professional experience in metrology ideally in the automotive industry
  • Experience in the field of sales-automotive advantageous
  • Business fluent English
  • Good knowledge of MS Office as well as ERP system experience
  • Work experience at least 5 years
  • Preferred Experience: Technical Sales or similar position, ISO 9001 and EN 9100 experience, understanding of Huber Präzisionstechnik GmbH’s vision, mission statement and core company values.

Internal Sales Technician (m/f/d)

Your tasks:
  • Support of the sales team in the operative day-to-day business
  • Contact person of the customers
  • Organization / contact person research
  • Tracking and creation of initial contact (supplier self-disclosure, online registration), documentation of customer-specific order requirements
  • Injection of requests, preparation of quotations according to specifications, evaluation of quotations, communication and follow-up of quotations
  • Article and order creation in the PPS, creation of the AB, maintenance of customer and price data
  • Creation of delivery bills and invoices
  • Invoicing control
  • Recovery of outstanding arrears
  • Creation and updating of status reports and schedules (Work In Progress Reporting)
  • Forward deviation declarations to the customer for approval, ensure documentation and communication within the operation, incl. feedback of the customer decision
  • Provision of technical documentation and its archiving
  • Responsibility for documentation in the sales file including the requisition sheet.
  • Organization and tracking of raw and provided parts
  • Processing and feeding of external complaints, checking and initiating the credit note
  • Planning / organization of customer visits (internal / external)
  • Keeping various statistics
Your profile:
  • Very good written and spoken German
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, preferably ERP system experience
  • Professional experience as a sales assistant or in sales, of at least 1 year
